I assure you, the Christian denotation has never been tarnished by the trash and filth Fred and his family spout out. Before this did you know they were sued for protesting the funerals of fallen soldiers saying that God condemned them for George Bush's war? Yeah, actual soldiers who died were protested for being simply soldiers who died. Fred Phelps is the crypt-keeper and he'll die a miserable old man. An his raggad daughter will reap the benefits of her and her father's sins. Let God be the judge, and never EVER let their faulty vision demoralize the name Christian in your or anyones eyes. Because to do so is to be proud of being so.

Never thought you'd hear a gay man say that, now did you? lol.

I blogged about this too, and I could not agree with you more. I am a Christ follower, but the title "christian" has such a negative connotation these days due to people like this who aren't even Christians. It's almost not fair! Anyways, great post.
